beesweet
Hi, all. I'm in need of a non- or not-too-spicy pumpkin that is skin safe. Would be great if it may be used in a soy/paraffin blend as well! Thanks!
Sharon in PA
Candle Source has a very nice Pumpkin Vanilla that isn't spicy at all, and I DO believe it is skin safe! I will be testing this in my 50/50 soon, I will post results when I do!HTH!
AngelaVA
Just Scent has a Pumpkin Vanilla Creme that's body safe
beesweet
Ooooh, I will definitely check them out, thanks! I've never ordered from Candle Source and hadn't even looked at their site! Can you describe it, Sharon?Angela, have you smelled the JS one? I think I need something from JS so I'll probably try that one, too, but their FO's don't always agree with my picky nose. Sharon in PA
Hey Bee, (ran downstairs to grab the oil...) It's very nice, definately a nice creamy pumpkin, slight spice undertones, nothing too too deep, and a good vanilla base (sorry, I'll be pouring it into tarts and maybe jars tonight, then I can do a better job w/ a descrition thatn OOB! ) I would definately check out their web site, the oils I just got from them are VERY nice OOB! JS has a Pumpkin Nog that is really nice and not too spicy. I can't remember if it's body safe though, but I think it is. I love it in candles, but not sure if it would be what you want for B&B
WYJen
Add another vote for The Candle Source's Pumpkin Vanilla. It's awesome!
beesweet
Great, thanks! I'm thinking I'll do Candle Source first if I can figure out the weird shipping thing on their site. Any experience with any of their other scents? I'm looking at Sugared Cranberries, Love Spell, Pink Sugar in particular?
Sharon in PA
Have the Sugared Cranberries, too Bee, smells great OOB, my partner is a big Cranberry fan, she loves it, we'll pour it tonight, I'll be posting reviews!

It's sticky sweet to me, but my customers are loving it. Has a great throw in wax as well.
sockmonkey
Tony's has Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin that I LOVE. To me, I smell more floral in it than cinnamon--it's a very unique scent. It's supposed to be a B&BW dupe, but I never smelled the original. It's not too heavy or too "foody."
beesweet
Thanks, sockmonkey, but if it's anything like BBW...YUCK...that stuff gags me! My teen insisted on buying some during our last sniffing expedition and takes great pleasure in applying it right before we are confined in the car for long periods.
