justrightcandles
i have been surfing for wickless candles and tart and stuff and some website also sell "refresher oils"? Will wickless candles need this or are they just trying to sell more stuff. What does happen to the wax since it does not burn? :undecided
ILVCANDLES
Hi, I don't use refresher oil in my wickless or tarts. Nothing happens to the wax. When the scent evaporates I just throw the wax away.
justrightcandles
would putting in more scent make it last longer?
Georgia
no, you can't refresh wickless candles. The wax will only hold so much fragrance oil...when the fragrance is gone, the oil is still there. The wax just won't absorb any more oil. justrightcandles
Oooohh....so what are these people talking about with the refresher oil?
ILVCANDLES
I am not sure why people are using refresher oil for wickless. Most people use refresher oil for something like potpourri.
