VerticallyEnhanced
I thought for sure I read that someone said Lone Star's Dickens Christmas is great in soy??? I could not find it in a post, though. Anyone??? I have been trying to find a replacement for my holiday splendor and I am beginning to think I am too picky. The DC seems pretty close. As a side note, the Dickens Christmas always reminds me of this HYSTERICAL comedy routine about Dickens Cider. Here is the link (http://users.ixpres.com/~txcowboy/dickenscider.mp3). Warning, though...do NOT listen to it if you are easily offended. It is puuuuuuurty crass. I am thinking it might be too much for Kimberly and Scented. (yeah, that even made ME laugh!!!)
Scented
OMG VE!! :laugh2:You are killing me! I don't think you can get that kind of Dicken Cider replacement OMG I hate you.

As a matter of fact the first time I heard it I didn't "get it" I am thinking WTH does this have to do with apple cider <duh!> LOL I can be a real ditz at times! I made a test batch of Lonestar's Dickens' Christmas in GB464 last week. My sister did a test burn and said that it had a great throw. I haven't had the chance to smell it burning yet; but according to my sis, it's great!! I'll light one up tomorrow and let you know. BTW, I use ECO wicks. KFTS
I had seen on another board the DC from Lonestar was good in soy. I still haven't poured my sample we got at TCC though.
BubbleBath
I lit the Dickens' Christmas this morning in my bedroom and it had a very good throw. My bedroom is 16 X 16 and after about 20 minutes (with the doors closed) the scent was strong when I opened the door. After about an hour, the scent was slightly stronger, but not over-powering. I like it.
