I'm gathering all the info for various processes of soapmaking before I get started. I have all the stuff I need to get started but I'm trying to get all the info I can before I try! eugenia Posted July 22, 2006 Share Posted July 22, 2006 CPOP is CP that is put in the oven to force gel. It's done a few ways. Some do CP, preheat the oven to 170, turn off and put the soap in overnight. Others cook at 170 for an hour or two, turn off and leave in the oven overnight.
