CareBear Posted July 13, 2006 Share Posted July 13, 2006 I have been requested to make a Jasmine bath oil with so much fragrance it's "in your face" cause the woman who wants it is "all about the scent"...I have Peaks Jasmine FO, but don't know how much to use (can't afford the EO, now can I...) I would check peaks website to see if they have a suggested usage level.Regardless the FO is never going to smell stronger than it does out of the bottle it comes in...
