A shampoo bar and a salt bar? Could someone explain this to me?

A shampoo bar is shampoo made in bar form instead of the liquid form. A salt bar I can't help you on that one.

A salt bar is one that has a high percentage of coconut oil + equal amounts of salt. I use table salt. It is a rock hard bar that kind of "polishes" your skin. The salt neutralizes the coconut oil so it's not as drying as you may think
