I've never paid any attention to it at all. I do pay attention to the percentage of "hard" oils/butters and the fatty acid percentages. I think that holds more weight, IMO. Others will have different opinions.

U don't pay attention to the INS either. I go by the Iodine# for the hardness. That's the number that..the lower the number the harder the bar.

I was told not to pay that much attention to the INS #. It would be the other numbers that I pay attention to and I usually have the iodine # in the 60's. HTH
