Jooniper
I know I have read some replacements somewhere but I CAN'T find the posts now!! Anyway, Rice Bran Oil is the most popular from what I remember but I would likes something I can purchase locally. No one sells RBO around here and OO is just so expensive! Is the new "blends" when canola and olive oil something feasable? Any other oils comparable? Thanks so much
jwahlton
The only problem with the "blends" is you don't know the percentage of the oils to plug into the calculators. You can guess and give it a go if you'd like. I use a lot of RBO, but i know you wanted something to replace OO. I don't know if it would "replace" OO but try sunflower, canola, or even soy (veg oil) and plug those into your calculator to see what kind of numbers you get.
