Kerry went above & beyond for me today though I came up short on the soap box co-op and sent them an email inquiring if I could perhaps purchase an odd amount to fill the last co-op order. Within minutes I had an email that they are replacing the missing boxes and shipping today. I even got a shipping notice. What great customer service.
