Pam Posted June 16, 2006 Share Posted June 16, 2006 I am going to be hosting a baby shower for my cousin who just had a baby boy, and want to make candles for shower favours. I stuck on scent that would be appropiate. I don't want to use baby powder scent. The candles will be coloured a baby blue.
