MsDammit
So far I've only made CP 4 times, and it's all still curing (omg what an awfully long wait THAT is, lol). The first batch I made with just a basic recipe and those bars turned super hard, but the 2nd batch I made was almost a month ago, and it's still not hard hard- I can still squeeze it and leave an indentation(sp?). So I am wondering if it can take over a month sometimes to harden up?
guppygirl
Cure time depends on the recipe and water amt. If you didn't take a water discount and it's high in an oil like olive, it may take up to 6 weeks or more. Also depends on where you store it - humidity levels can be a factor as well.HTH! MsDammit
Nope, I just used the standard setting on soapcalc-I think it's 38-but as long as it will harden eventually I'm ok, lol. Thanks:)
