hugginsluvins Posted June 1, 2006 Share Posted June 1, 2006 Hello candle makers! I have just recently started making candles as a hobby! My interest is in Bakery style candles. I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me. I tried making muffins and banana nut bread and cinnamon buns first from parrifan wax and then from soy. The soy wax when finally whipped (took forever) looks great but I dont like the texture. I have finally decided to go with parrifan wax. I am trying to get new supplies and I am having trouble finding sand colored diamond dye chips. Can anyone give me any advice as where to look for dyes, fragrence, wax and such for good prices? I love thier "production preblend, for votives" for my bakery stuff. It Works really well with every fragrance i have tried, and already contains the additives that parrafin needs to make yummy candles.
