Wholesale Contract/Agreement

I have searched and read other posts on the wholesale contract subject and I'm just wondering if someone would like to share their contract with me. I have been selling wholesale, and feel it's time for some type of agreement. I think I know what I should say, but I'm wondering if I'm forgetting an important point to add in the contract.
