ILVCANDLES Posted April 27, 2006 Share Posted April 27, 2006 Hi, has anyone ever used candy flavor oils to scent lip balm?? I did, I tested it out on BC lip balm base. I haven't died yet but I was wondering if this was safe? If it is, I am sure I am going to run into a problem listing it on my ingredient label??? Thanks!
