No matter what even if one row or column is right the others are not. I have used the PDF and microsoft word template. None of them work please anyone help Hello,Not sure if I can help here.Need more info.What type of printer are you using?Microsoft word is not the ideal software to use for publishing layouts.There can be hidden text boxes that will throw things off.I know because this is what I use Microsoft Word my templates come from onlinelabels.comAnother problem I had was printer selection of paper type made all the difference of line up at the top.Now if your printing is off mid way dowm the page look at cleaning your rollers on the printer.
