Brooke
My fault on this one Mixed Vanilla Buttercreme Crunch with another oil due to scent throw.TESTED FINEHowever after two weeks in finish jar the wax has changed colorto a light rose.I have 3 cases of these.Think I can rename them to VANILLA WITH PASSION Man these were for fundraisers too. I hate to reorder that oil due to my experience the first time.Have to find a good vanilla replacement. Maybe I can add a slight strawberry with this pink wax to save the candles for later sell. any ideas I am all ears Brooke
Trish
Did you use UV?
Brooke
No I usually don't use dye colors in my wax so I haven'tadded uv protection to them.I tested one today by adding one drop of yellow to the melted wax. Waiting to see how this will react. So far looks good.I will have to wait do a test burn and wait again.I sure hate to loose all those candles just because the the color change. But if that is what happens I guess I will mark them down and sell themas a special mother's day candle. Dress up the label a bit.Right now its yellow label with light pink wax
Molly
I've tried the remelting and adding yellow thing, if they're like mine they'll look good for a couple days and then turn a pretty light tan color.
Rebecca_IA
Rename them to vanilla rose and sell them as a limited edition candle for Mother's day only.
