I've been making candles for about 2 years now, but just recently started making tarts and votives. I bought some PVC shrink wrap tubing and was wondering if I shrink wrapped my votives and tarts if the scent leaches through and mixes. Janette Posted April 10, 2006 Share Posted April 10, 2006 I keep all my scents seperate, even when wrapped. If you mix them together the scents seem to mingle together, but go back to normal when seperated again, or burnt. It doesn't really damage anything to mix them but you will have a hard time smelling individual scents this way.
