I ordered 200 pounds of wax from them the other day and received an email with the fedex tracking number for 1-50 pound box. There was no other information on the email and I cannot get in touch with them. Has anyone had a problem with them not letting you know if something is back ordered? Should I be worried that they have not returned my phone call and I can never get a live person on the phone? This is my first order with them and I am growing a bit concerned that I will not have the wax in time for my Easter show.
