The question I have is do you guys know of a cheap way to clean wax film out of plastic molds. I have bought one product but the price is too much for the amout I have to use and how often I need to clean them. Any suggestions are welcome. Scented Posted March 28, 2006 Share Posted March 28, 2006 You're talking the two piece plastic molds? If so, just season your molds with a cooking spray. Use a water bath on them (less wax tends to stick and pulls away much easier) and clean them in warm soapy water. Just be sure to remove any wax chunks that float about before draining your water.
