Boogey2Shoes Posted March 26, 2006 Share Posted March 26, 2006 Some of the gel candles I made yesterday are cloudy - no fragrance added to them. Some had small silk flowers and were clear, another was not. Some seascape were clear others not. Why the variable? All seascapes had same shells and sand. Some times when using sand the gel will cloud if poured to hot its like the sand is dirty. The silk flowers ones it would very well be the glue or dew drops melted and mixed with the gel or the flowers might have been treated with something that conflict with gel.
