I don't see why not...not sure if it would do much for me in a lip balm. Combo it with some orange?

Aromatherapy Uses:

This ancient oil was used extensively by the Egyptians in daily beauty rituals. Oily or acneic skins respond well to its antiseptic actions and as a nervous system sedative it helps eczema and stress related conditions. Antiseptic (urinary, pulmonary), antiputrescent, antiseborrheic, aphrodisiac, astringent, emollient, expectorant, fungicidal, insecticidal, mucolytic, lipolytic, sedative, tonic-lymphatic

Major Constituents:

sesquiterpenes: cedrene, caryophyllene, cadinene, himachalene

sesquiterpenols: atlantol, cedrol, cedrenol

ketones: a & b-atlantones

Skin: acne, oily skin, (scalp & hair), fungus, scabs, pus, chronic dermatosis, conditions, aids seborrhea, dandruff, alopecia; aids “cellulite”

Respiratory: respiratory infection or congestion, chronic bronchitis & coughs, dries excess phlegm; in diffusor, kills airborne bacteria, fungus.

Muscular/Skeletal: rheumatism and arthritis pain

Cardio-vascular/Lymphatic: stimulates lymph circulation, aids artherosclerosis
