Scented
Mmmm lavender goes well with chamomile, citrusy scents, lemongrass, rose and even mints. citruses help with anidepressant, purifying body and mind, reducing muscle tension and relieving anxiety and fear so there's a recipe of mixing cedarwood, orange and ylang-ylang (more cedarwood than the others) and very little ylang ylang.Lot of a different things you can create with EOs to ge tthe truer form of aromatherapy.
