Crafty1_AJ
Just bring the soap to a nice, medium-thick trace. Pour and make sure that first layer's set up enough to bear the weight of the next layer. Just carefully and gently pour the next layer right on top! Easy peasy. dillypooh
Would you tell me about how long you wait in between layers say if you soaped at around 100? Thanks
heirloomoriginals
I think if you pour over a spoon it might reduce your risk of breaking through the first layer. I haven't tried layers (or swirls for that matter), but I have layered other things (like food), and this has worked!Steph
maryann
Here is an AWESOME link on how to layer by Brenda (IMO -the Layer Queen ) http://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12010&highlight=layered+soap . I try this technique on my 5th batch I've ever made and it worked perfectly!Thank you for sharing Brenda
maryann
She explains how to layer 1/2 way done in the above post. This can be used for any # of layers you want to do.
