I think that's the hardest part about making 'canes.Do you have a tripod or a table top tripod? If you're taking pix in a low-light situation, most point-n-shoot cameras will automatically select a slower shutter speed; so any movement shows up. Using a tripod or such will take care of that. You can also use the timer on your camera to avoid jarring the camera when you press down on the shutter button, esp when it's sitting on a tripod. Hope that helps.
