bubblygrl Posted March 11, 2006 Share Posted March 11, 2006 Hello,I am thinking about offering perfume with the Perfumer's Alcohol Base, I noticed that if you buy it from a supplier it has to be shipped through UPS as the postal office cannot ship it....so my question is do you also ship it upsand note that if you buy it your whle order has to be shipped ups??Thank you for your help!
