erikatx
Does anyone do them?I was emailed some info about an upcoming (sept) Home & Interior Design Show.... Sounds intresting, and that's what I am looking for, a more upscale crowd to introduce my line to, plus being so close to Interior designers sounds promising ( I hope).... has anyone had any success with these?TIAErika

SliverOfWax
I'm confused. If you don't think you can afford it, it's probably best to stick with smaller shows. I'm a proponent of doing every show you possibly can, but there are limits.
Whisper Girl
I have looked into these shows, but due to the cost, decided not to do it. If you don't sell a ton of candles, you will not even break even. There is a possiblity that you might make some contacts, but there is no guarentee. Figure out how many candles that you would need to sell to break even and then decide.
ChrisR
My niece is an interior designer and we've been to a couple shows she's been in. Most people go to these shows for ideas, not to buy. You may do very well or nothing much at all, it just depends on whether the crowd are buyers or looky loos!!
