maryann
I am putting a salt bath that contains herbs in it into a glass jar w/ a scoop. My question is how many muslin bags should I give w/ the jar-one to be reused or a few? If ONE should they empty it and rinse and dry? I would like to put in directions. TIA
Crafty1
if i were you and if i am understanding your question, i would give the exact number of bags needed to complete the jar of herbs. in other words if you are giving a jar of herbs that is good for 3 baths, the i would give 3 bags HTH
Meridith
Or you could put your salts and herbs in heat sealable tea bags for a Tub Tea or Bath Tea and package a couple together for sale.
maryann
Thank you for the replies. I wanted to stick w/ the muslin bags w/ this product as I make bath teas w/ oatmeal using the sealable bags. Which I know the oatmeal expands and I seal the tea bags good but each time I've tested them they have broke open :undecided. I've squeezed them both gently and harsh as probably a customer would to see if it would hold up. If a customer uses it as a washcloth w/ dry skin they're going to want to squeeze it alittle after they wet it. When dry I only fill 1/2 full if that and I seal (and reseal the 3 already iron sides) 3/4" in. Not sure what else to do what put a warning label on regarding this. Am I missing something .
