My FOs are two years or less old, but as soon as I poured this one (it was an opaque bottle), I could tell somethint wasn't right. It was thick and milky and it wasn't that way before. I knew it wasn't right and threw it out. In two years that is the only one. I make sure to buy in quantities now that I can use in a year or less just to be safe. I have a cinnamon that I got from peaks that I've had for 4 months....a couple of weeks ago it was really strong cinnamon....now it smells more sweet than strong.......strange!
