Are you adding any cornstarch or the like to it?I add 2tsp of cornstarch and use Sweet ALmond Oil. I think I may need to try another recipe though,lol. Meridith Posted August 4, 2005 Share Posted August 4, 2005 Stick to lighter oils like SAO, grapeseed or VCO. Jojoba is good also. You can do a 60/40 or 50/50 split with your shea and light oils. Also, be careful with the cornstarch. If you add too much, IMO, you can feel it in the butter. I personally don't like that but it might not bother you.
