htaylorrn
Does anyone use this jar? I usually use 9 oz oval hex and htp-83 in most FOs. Does anyone have any other suggestions? If not, I guess I'll wick test the 83 first. Are balmorals hard to wick?
Gypsyjen
What wax are you using? I'm currently testing soy in this jar, and seem to get the best response out of a LX24 using 100% soy, or a HTP105 using a soy/veggie blend. There's usually some hangup on the side until the flame gets down further in the jar - then it catches up. HTH
michiganrocks
:smiley2: I'VE USED RRD40 SUCCESSFULLY IN THE PAST
AngelaVA
With paraffin, I've sucessfully used a 51z, but you'll get soot if the wick isn't trimmed properly. The narrow opening of the jar is a soot-collector, lol.
RobinInOR
And just to throw another whole wick type into the mix, I use a LX18 in my paraffin/soy blend lol....We're so helpful, eh?
