htaylorrn
I got an order from Lonestar today, and I bought a small 10# slab of Harmony blend (IGI 4630). Well, this wax is the ONLY one I've been using EVER...and I just don't think this slab is the right wax. It's WAY too white and WAY too hard. What should I do? I cut it...that's when I noticed how hard it was, but I didn't melt it.Should I call them or try it in a container or what???
Scented
Yes and I had no clue, because it was container waxes ... that is till I decided to try containers and melted them. Found the differences then.I'd call 'em and let you know your suspicions and find out what they suggest/think etc.
OutlandishLady
I would definitely call them and let them know. I used to use that wax and it should definitely be creamy and soft. Wax is WAY too expensive to not get what you paid for. Let us know how Lone Star does with their customer service. Good luck!
