tam1116
I am currently using the12oz jelly jars but am thinking of changing to the16 oz mason jars. Does anybody have any opinions on them. Are they hard to wick because they are square. Do you think they would take the same wick as the 12oz. I use cdn10 in those with C3. Also are they hard to label. Thanks for any advice!!! B@BlissStreet
We discontinued them. Customers complained about lighting the candles when the wax gets lower. Wicking was pretty easy to figure out in EL soy with HTP wicks. The jars we used had two sides that were smooth and two that have the measurements on them. We just did labeling on one smooth side. I really liked them but just couldn't get customers to reorder due to the inability to reach in the jar. Hope this helps
SherriLynn
We also discontinued them. We carried them a few years but as BlissStreet pointed out, our customers too, preferred a candle they can reach in and light. craftsbychris
I use them! People like them. You just have to use a scripto lighter. ( the long reach candle lighter). When you get to the bottom of most jars, you need that anyway. I get a clean burn to the bottom.
