kayearthgrown
I just made a batch of Kim's whipped shea and used unrefined shea and my butter came out grainy, what can I do to get rid of the grainy feeling? I didnt melt it or any of my butters just added the oils and started whipping with my kitchen aide.
Becky
You need to melt it. I usually melt mine to about 180 degrees, keep it there for 7-8 minutes, then continue. HTH!
