kfintoni
Good morning,I have been using the 444 forever but just recently have been having issues with frosting. Not a lot but enough to notice on the sides of my jars and the tops of my clamshells look bad. Does anyone know if they changed their wax at all or should I just blame it on a bad case? Thanks,Karen in MA
nursenancy
i use it and get frosting sometimes. I haven't really been able to pin down any one cause. sometimes i think it's the FO or dye, but most often I believe it's cooling temps. i just try not to let it bother me anymore. my customers really don't seem to care. rjdaines
It's most likely lot to lot variation. Unless you know the lot number, it won't be easy to investigate. It's my belief that all soy waxes can frost, just a matter of time.
