I'm trying to find a site that explains the how to's and benefits of the clays etc. There was a blog by sock monkey I don't remember seeing masks on it but I can't find it now.Also, the benefits of the types of oils what they are good/used for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.I've searched and searched online for clay mask recipes etc but most of them are a homemade version I'm going to be using extracts & Optiphen.
