MsSunshine
I am getting wet spots or bubble looking on sides of my 2 oz jars. I am using CB135, I am adding FO at 185 and was pouring at 135 and now pouring at 120ish. I am also trying warmed jars on this last pour. I don't have this problem with my larger jars. Does anyone have recommendations for this? And any tricks to have the best HT and CT with soy? Thank YOU so much!
Candybee
Are you sure the jars were clean? I've had problems with certain jars that came straight from the supplier and had a light 'film' on them that created wet spots. Wiped them all clean with paper towels and alcohol spritz and no more wet spots.
MsSunshine
Thank YOU Candybee, I appreciate your response. I have been using alcohol to clean, I will make a spritz to clean the jars more and see if that helps. Today I poured at 110 - 117 degrees to see if that helped. I am also trying to warm my jars in 100 degree warmer as well. The wet spots only are appearing on the small little ones.
