gingerinarkansas
I watched a video on making incense and first she soaked her sticks for a brief time in fo and layed them out to dry. After they were dry she went back and dipped them in DPG and said that only took a short time to dry and then you can burn. I've seen other articles and they mixed the fo and dpg together and soak for 24 hrs and then dried about the same length of time. Which is the correct way to do it? carol k
I mix fo/dpg, 50/50. Soak for 24hrs, dry off with paper towels, stand up in a pint canning jar to dry. The drying part can take days. I've never tried the other way.

jenn624
my method is the same as carol's
pcbrook
Same here. Mix the DPG and FO and soak for 24 hours. Then lay out to dry. Depending on the humidity some FOs take up to a week to dry.
Guest OldGlory
I double soak mine. Soak it, let it dry, soak it again, let it dry. I don't know for sure if the second soak adds to it, but I choose to believe it does.
