Stable soaping oil

Can someone point me in the direction of learning more about the 'stability' of soaping oils? Isn't there a 'go to' site or book you use to read up or look at.

I know some oils go bad after a while and was wondering if there is a listing of the shelf life of oils and how they pertain to soapmaking.

Also-- doesn't the % of oil in your recipe or combined with other oils make a difference?

Don't know if you have these already, but here are some sites I have bookmarked.

http://www.gardenofwisdom.com/carrieroils.html

http://summerbeemeadow.com/content/properties-soapmaking-oils

http://www.soapnuts.com/indexoils.html

http://swiftcraftymonkey.blogspot.com/2009/03/oils-short-guide.html

Also, on Swift's site, if you look to the right and scroll down, there is a section called Downloadable PDF's. There are several that cover the properties of oils and butters.

Candy, fromnaturewithlove has the shelf life and really good descriptions on all their oils. As well as some of them listing recommended percentages..If I want to know more about an oil/butter that's usually where I end up ( to read, not so much to buy lol)

cmzahz, thats a great quick reference list from northcountry. Thanks
