Who's Fragrances have not been the same on a reorder

Hello All my fellow Candle board members....LOL

if you have had experience with fragrances not being the same after a reorder could you share and was it just a isolated issue or has the formulations changed

BCN - Old Fashioned Christmas changed a few years ago, did not ever go back to the original. To me, the new formulation is not even close.

Also, as I learned today, for those of you who purchase FOs for any skin applications, you'll want to check BCNs new 'allowable usage' percentages as some have changed. It's up to you to notice the changes. Do not assume that an FO that was skin safe in the past is currently skin safe.
