  1. My mother-in-law refuses to trim the wicks on her candles. She says she has been burning candles since she was a teenager and has never done that so she isn't about to start now. She does know that all candle labels say to trim them, but she doesn't feel the need, even after I explain why it is important!

    Needless to say she is not a tester for me.:undecided

    No candles for her!!!:laugh2:

  2. Type of Soy or Soy Blend you use? GF 415 (from TN Candle Supply)

    Additives if any? Beeswax

    Preferred dyes? None

    Preferred wick (Not sizes)? Cotton

    Pouring temp you recommend? Slushy 100-110

    What you do to prevent frosting? not too noticable since I cut out dye, BW helps some

    What you do to prevent rough tops? Not a problem, nature of soy

    Do you do anything to prevent wet spots? not too much of a problem.
