Ya know, they have great stuff on their site. I did buy from them once and everything was shipped in a week! It was great. I went and ordered again a few months later and I never got my email to say if they received my order, I did however get my email from paypal that the money was sent. I emailed them 3 times to see if they got my order with no response. I knew others had issues in the past so I didn't wait around and filed a dispute with paypal. Believe it or not there must be an issue with them because I got my money the same day I escalated it. As soon as I received my money I got an email that my order was cancelled. ARE you serious? I could have waited, I just wanted to know if they got the darn order. I do like their FO's etc. and it really stinks that they "work" like they do because I do like them, sadly I will not order again.

Not me, but plan to order a sample this week to try it. JS is $18 more for me and I'm in PA.

I would use the Autumn Orange dye chips According to that chart it looks orange to me not pink. Ok well now, I'd use Orchid dye chips or pale pink. That's just me though

I got mine in the mail today. I was very impressed over the customer service. I don't mind the 1oz bottle having marker names on them, if they were 8oz then yes I would rather have labels etc. Anyhow, this is what I got and my OOB impression for what it's worth The Sugar Cookie - It to me smells like a very strong sugar cookie. This should be a good one. Summer Banana Split - Smells good, a lot of banana and can't place what else I smell but lots of banana. Fluffy Cupcake - Smells like a yellow box cake Sugared Lilac - (I always have to try lilac) this is a pretty good Lilac, it doesn't have a candy smell, but not a normal lilac smell either. It's good though. Dreamsickle - Smells like one to me! Kush - haha not sure if I'll get the munchies or not but it doesn't smell anything like I thought it would LOL It is actually a very good scent. Not sure what it smells like though My son who is 20... says ummm smells like no "kush" he's ever smelled.... But it is good whatever it's suppose to smell like. Maple Syrup - Smells like french toast!!!! YUMMY Lavender Nectar - I'm not much of a lavender person but this is pretty good. A sweet lavender but not overly sweet in my opinion. Red Candy Apple - Not very candy apple to me, smells almost like a caramel apple. You can tell it's some sort of apple on a stick LOL My son says it smells like apple jacks lol:) Cinna-Vanilla Cone - To me, smells like a cinnamon stick. Patchouli - Not a scent I like at all or ever used so can't say much on this one. I'm not a earthy type person, but this really isn't all that bad. Like others, I am waiting until Monday since 3 of mine were being reformulated (according to the email I received). I am missing one scent (Fried Ice Cream) not sure if that is being reformulated or if it was forgotten somehow. Waiting on an email to find out. Hope to test at least one of these tomorrow. If I do I'll be sure to update when I can.

I got the same email about the fo's being removed. Mine should be in the mail tomorrow, if not then Monday

What I do is copy and paste the name of the FO I want into notepad. Then when done I just paste all my options into the box when ordering. No typing or writing involved

I know I had to put mine in a 2nd time because they got deleted the first time. Not exactly sure at what point but I put them in a 2nd time and in my email in the notes section they were there, it's shipped so I assume they got them lol

I'm not sure if I'm losing my marbles. But, I had a list of fo's I wanted to try from this place. So... I went and started my order, finished it etc. Then for some reason I went back to check a few of them and what they should smell like and now I can't find them lol I know I didn't wing these names outa my head!!! They were there! At least I think lol One was Kudzu Blossom and the other SUN & SAND by Yankee (Type*) but both are missing now. :/

I saw your post on Facebook I think I'm going to order samples and see how it goes... They don't have a whole lot of feedback on ebay, but what they do have is pos. which is a plus. See how long it takes me to get a tracking number.

I got an email from them. The persons name was Luis Rodriguez/President. With their phone number listed and if you google their phone number it's Luis Rodriguez a Real Estate Agent in Marietta, GA....

I received the two fo's today. OOB they smell nice and strong, but I haven't done anything with them just yet

I have never bought any of their scents. But, I have gotten other things and I can say they do have very fast shipping, no tracking number but I always get my orders very fast. I put in an order on the 3rd and got it yesterday the 7th. Hope that helps at least in that area

Well, I did order two fo's from them today. I'll let you know what I think of them when I get them and try them.

I know, the no sample sizes stinks. I did send them an email a few days ago but didn't hear back which sort of puts me off, but I have also emailed other suppliers and haven't gotten emails back so, it happens. They do have a facebook page which I looked at and someone did say that their fo's were good for the price and good customer service. They do have one fo that I have been looking for but not able to find at a decent price, so I may order it and see how I like it. They do have the 30 day money back thing so they can't be to bad I'd think??? Well, guess I order that one and see how it goes. I'll let you all know
