No, what she's saying is that some states (like mine) have restrictions on using any form of the word Company in your biz name if you are not an incorporated business. I am a DBA and can not use Co., Inc., Company, etc. in my biz name, unless I legally incorporate.
Thanks Beth. This was exactly what I was wondering.
Sorry Sockmonkey. I should have used the term 'incorporated'. I edited my post with this change.

I also like this name.Jay Ashby & Co.Are there any legal restrictions on using Co. in the above form if the business is unincorporated?
I know you can't legally use Jay Ashby Co. (or ,Inc.)without being incorporated. (Edited to change 'a company' to 'incorporated').

Wow, Link to CT is still there after three hours. Bet it gets yanked before noon.

Try a search using "IGI 4627" or "4627". You will get a ton of hits.
have fun,

Have you e-mailed Lyschel & asked?
She usually has to ask the manufacturer of SE oils about b&b safeness.
Good luck,

.... They are made with 100% soy beans. I can't speak for other massage oil candle makers but, I use soap based fragrance oils at much lower concentrations then I would for a normal candle. They are not intended to be used for scent throw.
And...what is there to get...The fun with these candles is that you use them for massages.
ummmm...I thought soap based fragrance oils were for 'wash off' products, not lotions.
I think massage candles are a lawsuit waiting to happen also.
my 2¢.

Why are you on the seller's case?
Someone paid $26.00 plus shipping for that auction lot.

I got the 16 bar mold, and after it was "delayed" and finally arrived I actually am a bit disappointed.First, I got a splinter from the thing when I was unpacking it. That was not a good start! The wood is neither "polished" nor varnished at all - just lightly sanded at best....
Funny. I thought my emisty mold was beautifully made. Great workmanship. Nicely routed along the sides and sanded. Dusty from sanding so I wiped it with a tack cloth. Cutter had a burr but a knife sharpener smoothed it out.
Bars smallish but very thick (size is listed on the auction). They feel good in my hand.
Mold is unfinished for oven use. I asked about this before purchasing mold. I was worried finish would 'gum up' in the oven.

I have never heard of anyone having skin sensitivity to processed wheat products....just alergic reactions from consumption.

Thanks for the pics. Now I know what I am looking for.
My mental picture of mylar was the metallic stuff used for balloons. It is also sold by the roll at florist & party supply houses. I couldn't figure out how the stuff could stand on its own. lol.
Thanks again,
donna

If you make jelly jars, try double wicking with what you use for your jjs.

yea don't do what I did..I let it run out and then it was lost in ciber space for like 60-75 days or I can pay $80 to get it back..ummmm.. $9 in 60 days or $80 now..I will wait..I got .net anyway.
How did you let it run out? Company from whom I purchased domain started email campaign to renew about 2 months before the expiration date.
My domain is inactive.
Do web hosts send alerts for approaching expiration dates?

Its the darn ink cartridges even after a refill ( not consistant)
Did you try to refill your cartridge from a kit?
My FIL tried using an ink refill kit. Did not work AND killed his printer.
Have fun shopping.

Are you sure the liquid, yellow oil from Sam's says hydrogenated? Marilyna
Marilyna, I was wrongwrongwrong. What I saw was 'fully refined soy oil'. I left it on the shelf.
Sam's did have a 'creamy soy oil'. It contains partially and hydrogenized soybean oils with citric acid added to extend shelf life. Peanut oil had anti-foaming agents added. The 100% soy oil was the only bulk oil that didn't have any listed additives.
Back to the shopping cart.
Bummer.

Thanks Marilyna, I am very sure. However, The print quality of the label was very poor so I will check again before I buy.
Thanks Robin, I'll double check to make sure it is 100% hydrogenated soybean oil & if it is I'll give it a shot.

RJ in Georgia has all three EOs. She has a great Coriander-Bergamot FO.
CandleChem.com has all three FO's with $5.00 flat rate shipping to the 48.

No problem. But you never know til you ask right?
You never know till you try it out.
Why would parchment stick and the shiny side of butcher paper not stick?
I'm gonna have to try this out.
