It could be a couple of different things. Sometimes whipping too much will cause it to deflate. Also, is it hot/humid in your house while you are making this?

I think you have to have the borax in there. Since there is no emulsifier like e-wax included, the emulisification system is beeswax/borax. Without the borax you'll have separation problems. devlee:)
