Yea it was pretty fragrant due to melting candles... lol.. Now i gotta check out the packaging and condition of the remainder of the candles... Fortunately we were almost sold out by the time it got really hot... Thanks to everyone for their reply...

Duh.. I'm so dingy sometimes.. thank you...next one is Nov 6th. hope its cooler weather.

I couldn't believe they were melting. And it was only certain scents. So do you keep them in cooler after someone selects a certain fragrance or when do you let them pick?

We did our second show and this time it was 89 degrees outside. My palm wax GG wax melted! How do you keep your candles cool? By the way we are located in Southwest Florida.

Thank you so much everyone for the relpies.. Guess my nerves got the best of me.. I love this forum.. Been lurking and learning lots.. Have tested and tested for 2.5 years so we are finally developed to a point to sell.. Always doing last minute perfecting.. Thanks to this group, I hope we all become successful in whatever path we choose..

Typically how much cash and change do you take to the show?? I know this sounds stupid but I'm stumped... Must be brain dead from getting ready and trying not to forget anything!

I too unfortunatley have some of the oils that I need to dupe!! His Sandalwood, Lunar Eclipse, and Mardi Gras.. Would love to know if you were able to find any of those either.. Contact me off board if we can help each other.. Amber
