Using soy Mil blend from EL.

Great cold throw on both, weak hot throw on GNO somewhat weak throw on Cherish. I double wick with the HTP104 and I could not reahc a full MP:confused: I will wick up and see what happens. Strange right? Over all I love both scents.

OK I just wicked up using two HTP105's and the GNO still did not throw they wanted I wanted it to but the Chresh was a little better.

I just got some of this from CandleScience and I am SO in love!!!! I haven't poured any yet, but I plan to this weekend. Anyone have any good experiences w/ this?

I poured it last week before my vacation. I will burn to night and let you know what I think.

Tested these over the weekend, while neither one is a favorite of mine I will add b/c the throw was pretty good.

I order alot from EL also and have had nothing but the best service. Bruce is awesome. I love their products also.

Same here, love the service and the products. Just curious if anyone else has to wick up as much as I do?

I buy wicks from Enchanted Lites & I love them, I just have one question. I did all my testing using EL wicks & I noticed that I have to wick up, I mean a LOT!!!!!!! All of my candles require HPT104's or HPT105's (double wick). I still get a nice MP of 1/4" deep on average & a FEW (3-4 scents) about 1/2 inch. Im not switching to another company at all, just want to if anyone else has notice this? I ask b/c when I post my results (test burns) I dont want people to start with the larger wicks unless they are from EL and get a 1" MP based on MY results.

Anyone like this scent?

I use the same type of wax but I find with JS its hit and miss. Going to have to try this one, it sounds wonderful. At what temp are you adding the oil in?

Wow, I only use Peaks & JS (right now) & I would say about 85% of my test w/Peaks were sucessful & about 95% w/JS. Keep in mind I inquire about each FO w/the board before I test so the chances of me having positive results a really high.

I add me FO at 175 and stir like crazy, I stir occasionally before pouring at 110-125% also and one last stir right before I pour. HTH

I wouldnt mix the brown sugar with the lemonade.

No I didn't mix them, these were seperate burns.

Pink Lemonade is one of my favs. I can't stand CBS - it smells like plastic to my nose, but everyone else seems to disagree, lol.

I would love to rename the Pink Lemonade but not sure what to call it.

Thanks I was feeling a little discouraged.

Were these really complaints?

1. Customer bought 2 candles, Jam Me Crazy & Cotton Clean. Cotton Clean was lighter than Jam Me Crazy. I explained that it was just a lighter scent. It threw well just not as strong as the other.

2. Regular customer, she has purchased about 7-8 candles from me. She asked if she could have some for free, I told her no but I appreciate her business. I sold her a 16oz Jar for $8.00. Gave her the candle the week before the 4th of July, she paid me yesterday. I asked her 2-3 times over a period of 3 weeks for the $8.00. She finally gave it me & told me to leave her alone. She then complained "This candle is not as strong as the Strawberry, can I have some money back" "The candle burns to fast (1/4 MP) can I have some money back?"

How do you handle???? I blame myself for selling on credit to friends.

Hi Candleman-

I did burn the JS Yuzu last night and up close there seems to be a bit of a fuel smell-wasn't strong though to me. But if I just walked into the room I couldn't notice.....

Other than that how does the NG version compare to JS?

Looks like we got the same results, the fuel smell was directly over the candle.

Does this smell like a blend of coconut and banana? I've been wanting to try this for some time now.

More Banana than anything else, but I still love the scent.

what wax are you using? This time of year, I LOVE coconut candles....coconut and banana sound wonderful!

EL Soy....the MP is fine, im at about 1/4 inch which is perfect. I will lower the amount of FO next time and test. But for now Im going to try and wick up just to see what happens (may get a stronger throw).

Testing now, I really like this scent. I used 1oz pp w/2 HTP 104's. Have yet to reach a full MP, it's only been about 30 minutes though.

Its been well over an hour now. I have a full MP that is less that 1/4 of an inch deep.

Have you tried this scent? I testd this weekend and got a fuel smell.
