Hate to be the bad guy...but even some juried craft shows allow Scentsy ... not fair...but they do it.
-
*BUMP*
Also discovered this smells almost identical to Partylite's Iced Snowberries....will keep looking for a dupe or playing around myself :-)
-
KY's Christmas Past...I rename it Evergreen & have already sold out.
-
Yesterday a woman & her adult daughter came to my booth & mentioned that she'd rather just get hers at Walmart now & the daugher said, well, ok, but these are much better quality & last longer...glad the daughter could see the difference. But, tough to compete with cheap Walmart prices if the smell is decent.....have a nice group of Walmart employees quite a distance away that pool their orders every so often. I'm not cheaper than Walmart, & to keep this up, you really can't be. Hopefully those that value quality will keep coming back to all of us. :rolleyes2

I thought it could be helpful to share any Scentsy dupes we found so I started this thread. Please add to the list when you find one.
Scentsy's Welcome Home = Peaks Amish Harvest
Scentsy's Country Christmas = BCN Spiced Cranberry
Very interesting thread...good idea....had a Scentsy seller at the same "handcrafted" craft fair I had a booth at yesterday....grrrrrr. Yeah, handcrafted my backside. Whatever, but that's all been said before. They're not worth the aggravation. Just venting, though.

I had to wait a little bit as well.

Soshiegirl, feel free to paraphrase. Don't give credit, please.
You might want to change the last sentence to "Please put your oddly off-white trailer rental insurance carrier on notice and if you ain't got enough welfare to pay the premiums then your cheap no-tell motel stolen Bic pen is writing checks your five ex husbands can't afford to pay."
You're too funny Eric.

Perhaps a silly question, but how can you identify the origin of the traffic to your site?

I love BBW's Winter Candy Apple. Anyone know who has a dupe for that?
NG does...it's an excellent one.
-
You could rename a Vanilla Bean Noel dupe to Vanilla Bean Snowflake...which is what I do.
-
Yes, it it complex, but very nice. I like it. Pefect fall scent that isn't traditional. Hasn't caught on with most of my customers yet, since they want the traditional, but some do want to try something different!

I used the Wilton flexible molds in the past with good results; no stinky smell.
Now I use the metal mini muffins pans.
Exactly what I've done as well...& no stinkiness.

If you like Cranberry, try the Country Christmas. It's a cranberry and pine scent and smells fruity and fresh.
I agree with you! Poured that recently...it is wonderful. Excellent throw. AH fuels my scent additiction.....along with so many others. :tiptoe:

Have any of you found a replacement for KY's soy body butter? I loved this stuff so thick and fluffy and they no longer have it due to the supplier changing the formula which was no way comparable to the previous formula. I got some from another supplier that had all the same ingredients but it's kinda thin and I'm just not happy with it. I hope someone has found some somewhere and will share their find.
Thx
I think alot of us are hoping that. It was excellent stuff. Haven't found the exact same stuff out there yet, Keep having customers say they preferred the soy whip.
KY has excellent customer service & top notch products. Eventually will have to place another order too.

Thanks so much for posting that info, Shanna. I think I may take your advice...sounds like a good idea. Love NG...as well as KY. I am desperate for something like the soy whip butter!!! I have to head over to NG & take a look at that yogurt lotion you are talking about. 50/50 with water, huh?

Ky's is a good seller for me as well. Throws great.

Ky's HAP is my fave as well.
-
I like this scent too...looking for a good dupe.
-
Really like Golden Rose from Candle Science.
-
Tarts individually wrapped in a bakery bag.
-
what have you used it in?
In a body butter lotion & in tarts.

I'm using WSP's version & it smells just like the real thing, imo. Love the stuff!
