1. Everything is gorgeous! That is an excellent presentation of the Red Hat Society Gift!
2. Nona Hello and welcome to the board! I used to make the electric candles and this is what I did... My finished product was 10 oz so I used 8 oz of MP 145 and then 2 oz of Joywax. Cutting out the hole was real easy and when I went to go and insert the light/socket, I would spread the bottom of the socket apart and that would hold the light/socket in! Hth some! Stephanie
3. Thank You! Plan on trying the other color's and my lil guy wants me to do the glow in the dark for him! Now that one out to be neat!
4. I made this with Ultra Clear MP and used WSP's Sparkle Light Purple Soap Color Blocks! I love the pearlized effect! Scented in Mrs Claus Cookies My lil guy's favorite scent! Stephanie
5. Carol Someone had metioned if I tried cornstarch as a sub, I didn't and used the cream of tarter but will def try the next batch with cornstarch to see what happens!
6. I'll let you know on this one! The bars finally harden up, took a few days but am satisfied with the way they are now. I am leaving one to see!
7. Honestly, I don't have a trick why it's not bleeding. I put 2 drops of color in it, layered the gel/lotion and no bleeding at all. Now, who is to say that the next one won't bleed... And my lotion is heavy. Main thing to really do though is making sure before you place the next layer, make sure that the air bubbles are out, esp when doing the gel. Scented ~*laughing*~ Thank you..have alot of stuff in mind to do!
8. I was thinking of trying BCN WW myself! But the throw I am getting cold is awesome, will be burning it when work finally decides to give me a day's break..
9. My niece just called me and loves it! MY SIL and her are fighting over it! Now, should I be nice and make another one? Just glad they are enjoying it!
10. Kerry Hey, you should see my list! They actually put a traffic light when I have to roll that baby out and see what I want to try today! This one is so easy though!
11. Julia, that is what I did do! I bought the Aloe Gel from Walmart, waiting for another store to get it in because they always do the buy one get one free for 2.37! The color I used was a drop from my soap color's, I didn't scent the gel, heard it made the gel cloudy and the lotion itself is a recipe that I configured and use for my line! Stephanie
12. Sorry glo! Like my rectangle one, I cut it into 4's and drop one of them in!
13. Glo They dissolve in your water and creates bubbles. And lotsa bubbles...my kids love it!
14. Made this over the w/e and niece took it to test it for me. Scented in Fruit Blast! Stephanie
15. I found it at WSP for me and this is the description of it: Natrasorb Bath is a modified starch that is able to absorb and carry large quantities of oils (such as bath and fragrance oils). It creates "pockets" that can carry the oils in a dry solid, powder form. Once it comes in contact with water, it immediately dissolves releasing all of the oil into the water. It gives bath water a soft feel and does not leave a film. It can be blended with foaming agents to make a foaming bath powder. Once fragranced, it self adheres to bath salts. Recommended Use Level: 1-50%. Also, I do have a recipe to where I mix a % of OF with a % of Natrasorb and my FO will then be a powdered FO. Now, I haven't tried it yet though so
16. I am going to try this recipe! WSP just got in the Natrasorb Bath! So, a road trip is in the future!
17. I did use Cream of Tarter but will next time try it with the cornstarch to see if there would be any difference!
18. Just about the truest and strongest Watermelon scent that I have tested!
19. 1 oz per 1 lb of MP145 I made tarts and a votive with this and the scent is strong! One of the strongest Watermelon as of yet! Cold throw great as well as the hot throw! This one is a keeper! Stephanie
20. Review! I love this solid bar! Alright, the bar after a few days can be picked up and not fall apart! I used maybe a quarter of it in my hot running water and you would not believe the bubbles! And they kept throughout the whole bath time! Bubbles were everywhere..I was even afraid to turn on my jets! ~*laughing And the scent...strong! You've got to try the recipe! Better than any other bubble bath recipe I have tried!
21. Took the brush to work today to show people, and how the scent was excellent, this one girl bought it from me..I told her that it's not all the way filled, she said that she didn't care...so she handed the money over.. Then I did receive 7 more order's for it! People love it!
22. I found the recipe while searching through ebay...it was different and unique and a perfect line to my prim store that I am revamping..so, the buy it now button was hit!
