  1. Sorry, but I'm going to be no help. I think the MMS Dirt fo is worth it, it really does smell like dirt!

I really had my heart set on this oil, because it's gotten such good reviews from people whose opinion I respect.

  2. Hi. Does anyone know of any realistic dirt or earth scents besides 'Earth' from Majestic Mountain Sage? I want to try theirs, but it's too pricey for 1 item, since that's all I need.

I asked in the Classys, but no replies...I've tried Taylored Concepts' and BNL's before, but they weren't even close. 1 smelled like patchouli, the other like a chemical. Thanks for any help.

  3. I ordered the Cranberry Compote, Melon, Fig and Apricot, and the Cucumber Chaos; I've tried (and loved) the Cucumber Chaos, but the other 2 are new to me. I ordered today and already have a shipping notice! When they come in, I'll post reviews. Thanks for all the reviews and input.

  4. Candle Cocoon has great oils and great customer service. My favs are sultry angel, raspberry cordial, cucumber melon, ginger peach, serendipity, vanilla voodoo.

I hardly ever see anyone mention her Ginger Peach; it's one of my favorites, too. It had a great throw in paraffin.

  5. I want to order Cucumber Chaos from Candle Cocoon, so I'd like to try some other oils to fill out the order. Is their Cranberry Compote a good cranberry scent? Has anyone tried the new 'Melon, Fig and Apricot'? I haven't seen any reveiws for it. Thanks for any help!

  6. What can I do to eliminate the bloom on my beeswax ornaments? I actually like the look, but others don't. I had read somewhere that candle gloss would prevent the bloom, but I'd really prefer the ornaments to be matte rather than shiny. Thanks for any help.

  7. Can anyone recommend a linen scent that smells like line-dried or freshly washed sheets, but not like fabric softener? I had a few scents like that, but the companies are no longer in business. Thanks for any help.

  8. I use glycerin for preserving flowers, and some that I've had for a long time is still clear. So, it seems like something may have been mixed with it. Hopefully, the seller will resolve the issue for you.

  9. The CMS staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their scents; they will describe them for you and explain what makes one gingerbread , for example, different from another. I don't order often as I don't do candles anymore, but I think they do a good job on their bakery scents-blueberry muffins, Hot Orange Danish, cinnamon buns, white cake, etc. They have some good fruity scents, too- Cranberry Relish is one of my favorites. I had other recs. that I lost when my computer crashed. Hope you'll post about your samples.

  11. For a plain cranberry, my favorite is The Candlemaker's Store's

Cranberry Relish. To me, it smells just as you described- nice fresh cranberry with no spice or other notes. I've only used it in paraffin, but it had a good hot throw in all the waxes I tested it in.
