I guess I will go to town and see if I can find a heavy duty mixer. I need to fill orders and can't really wait and do a return.

If anyone else has had this problem though, I would be interested to know. Maybe I just got unlucky twice and these aren't the norm.

I have written them. Waiting to hear back. I really love the company, and I will continue to use them, but I really need the cream soap to be creamy. I am mainly curious if anyone else here has had this happen.

The first buckets of cream soap I got from WSP were creamy and soft, easy to work with. These last 2 have been hard as a rock, hard to work with and the kids don't seal correctly. One time of a bad batch I thought it was a 1 time thing, but then I got the second one and it too is bad. Bad as in dried out and hard as a rock. Anyone else have this problem? Who else sells the cream soap? I might need to get it from different supplier. Thank you.

My favorite is Hello Sugar (BBW type) from WSP. Good stuff!!

I really like that scent from CS. I wish it were body safe.

I am looking for the best true, super sweet ooey gooey marshmallow scent, with NO toasted notes. I use it in some blends and I'm not very happy with the one I have.

I notice the heavy vanilla based scents get kind of off and become very dark. I have a few that are questionable too. The others have all done OK. It just seems to be those icky sweet vanilla based scents that kind of get yuck. I've started buying those types of scents in smaller quantities.

I got a sample today for the new Angel type from CS. I notice it is marked for candles only. I LOVE this scent! I am wondering if maybe it just hasn't been tested for skin use, or if they already tested it and found it to be unsafe. This would make some kick butt B&B! I wrote them to ask. Crossing my fingers it'll be found safe for B&B.

I also notice that every supplier that carries Angel type has a completely different scent description.

I don't use that wax, but usually when I get something that is hard to wick, I usually have good luck with LX wicks. Maybe someone else that uses that wax can post some advice.

What wax are you using?

I order from them regularly. Never had a problem and most of their oils are very good.

I'd probably ignore it and delete it. People seem to have a lot less tact on ebay.

Strawberry Musk is one of my favorites! I used to get it from Flickers. Now Elements is carrying it.

I use Very Vanilla in B&B. It does a good job.

I don't use a vanilla stabilizer in my sugar scrub. So far browning hasn't been a problem (yet)

I love, love, LOVE the Aloe protein mist from BC but it contains animal product (Hydrolyzed Collagen).

I just looked and Lone Star has a note on their site that the jar may soon be discontinued. It is indeed time to look for a replacement.

I just switched to the 12 oz salsa jar from the no longer available 12 oz. short squat hex jar. I ordered 4 cases from LoneStar last week and I am currently testing wicks for those. This just makes me want to go back to the mason jar *sigh*
