  1. Well as some of you know I just start experimenting with lip balm, lotion and mp soap.:yay: At craft shows I sold candles and liquid soaps and I've done well just depending on the show some only want to buy soap while other only want candles. I will say a big seller for me at shows was hand sanitizers. Sold out of those everytime. I introduced those in the fall and heard a lot of people saying they were good stocking stuffers. So I don't know if I should continue in the spring and summer. Are people still using those then?

At stores I sell mostly candles.

  2. I feel the same way. I have an 8 year old and a 3 year old. My eldest one I am not worried about its my youngest one. I'd have to store everything in the basement for him not to get into it. I really want to learn too but I'm waiting until I take a soaping class on the 16th. I can't wait.

  3. They look great to me! I love the color! I love anything patch, too. I do these too, but a little different. I slice the loofah 1st, then embed in a single bar mold. Right now I'm using silicone snowflake molds and hemp soap. I get my loofah at the Christmas Tree Shoppes for 1.00. They're about a foot long, I think.

Where did you get the silicone snowflake mold?

  4. Okay I am waiting for my package to arrive today so I can do my first loofahs too.

Wait did you say Christmas Tree shop has them? Now I need to check it out and ofcourse you can't go in there for just one thing.

Nursenancy can you post your pic how you do them?

  5. I've been checking out TKB's colors. Wow they are cheap and have lots to offer. I'm real excited that they have non-bleeding. I will start to be making both white and clear MP. How will I know which colors I choose will stay clear in in the clear base? Do all the non-bleeding stay clear or turn cloudy?
